Terms and conditions of use
The "Stante Web site" (hereafter "the Web site") is designed to provide interested parties (companies or private individuals) with corporate information relating to the group structure, and its services. Users take note that its use is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Intellectual property
All rights in the contents (for example texts, images and the site architecture) are protected by current copyright legislation. The contents of the web pages may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, loaded, published or distributed, wholly or in part, in any manner whatsoever, without the prior written consent of the Stante srl company, notwithstanding that it may be stored in private computers and extracts of the pages of this web site may be printed, on condition that this is for private and noncommercial use only. "Stante" is a registered trademark. The marks and logos which appear on the site are the property of Stante srl. The Web site itself and texts are the sole and exclusive property of the proprietors and rights-holders of the marks (all rights reserved). It is prohibited to reproduce the mark, the statements protected by copyright, the images and any other form of communication, without the prior authorisation of the Stante srl company at its entire discretion, at the outcome of specific negotiations to this effect. The names "Stante" associated in any manner with the mark and the name of Stante srl, partly or wholly, may not be used as an address by any other Internet site, or as any part of any such address. These names may not be included in any HTML codes (or any compilation language whatsoever) on Web pages of other sites, and it is prohibited to use them within the meta-tags by any companies not belonging to the Stante srl. Any form of link to this Site shall not, if inserted by third parties, be such that it damages the image or the activities of the Stante srl. Deep linking is strictly prohibited, namely, the use on any third party Web sites or parts thereof of any direct link to these Web pages without passing through the site Homepage. Any breach of these terms and conditions, save where specifically authorised in writing, shall render offenders civilly and criminally liable.

Limitations on liability
The texts, information, and any other data published or accessible through forms on this site are purely for the purposes of providing information, and are in no way deemed official, save where otherwise provided by current legislation. Stante srl shall not be liable in respect of any services offered by third parties with which the site has activated a link, and for any other contents, information or any other matter which may constitute an offence under Italian law, present in the resources of any third party to which the link refers.

Links
Stante does not assume some responsibility for created materials or publishes from thirds party with which the Stante site has a link. Who decides to visit a site which is connected to the Stante site do it to the its risk, to take all the necessary measures against virus or other destroy elements. The connection with other sites does not imply that Stante sponsors or is affiliated with the entities that carry out the services described in those web sites.

Information received from Stante
Stante srl acquires all its personal data from its own customers for the services offered on the site, in total compliance with Italian privacy legislation (Legislative Decree n. 196/2003, hereinafter the "Decree").

Pursuant to Decree, Stante srl:
- declares that the data supplied voluntarily, including e-mail addresses, shall be used solely for the purpose of providing the information and the services requested;
- shall not distribute or sell any of the data in its possession to any third parties without the explicit consent of the persons to whom the data refers.

The data shall be processed exclusively in electronic form, and any computer media shall be protected by adopting the security measures provided by Presidential Decree 318/1999. Liability for the accuracy and the truthfulness of the personal data notified to Stante srl lies with the party supplying the data. Pursuant to Decree persons to whom personal data applies may, at any time, request access to, and the cancellation, modification or updating of such personal data, in the manner provided by the law. To this end, the persons concerned should apply to the official appointed for this purpose. Any material submitted to Stante srl shall be deemed to be non-confidential. Stante srl shall have no obligations of any kind whatsoever in relation to such material and shall remain free to reproduce it, use it, disclose it, exhibit it, transform it, derived other works from it and distribute it to third parties, without any limitations and without creating liability at any time in respect of any offences under current legislation, such as, for example, copyright law or intellectual property protection law, or law governing the processing of personal data.

Cookies
A 'cookie' (namely, a small data file which some Websites can send to the addresses of their visitors) may be present somewhere on the Stante srl Web site. If visitors prefer not to receive cookies, they can set their own browser to notify them of the presence of a cookie, so that they can decide whether or not to accept it. Visitors can automatically reject all cookies, by activating the specific browser option.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The conditions of use shall be governed by Italian substantive and procedural law.
